I thought the story produced by the two girls who went to Ghana was just too good not to share. After being caught with two laptop bags full of Class A, this was their plea.

"It was basically like a set-up.  They didn’t tell us nothing, we didn’t think nothing, because, basically, we are innocent.  We don’t know nothing about this drugs and stuff.  We don’t know nothing."

"Two boys gave us the bags in Ghana to bring to London.  We never thought anything bad was inside"

Now I understand they aren’t the most creative thinkers on the planet, but facing a life of imprisonment, surely anyone can think of a better line then "Basically we are innocent".
