Flip Flops July 2nd, 2007
Looks like the Mcfaul-sters have been having fun in New York. These massive murals for Havaianas look great. Top work fellas.
Northern Planners… July 2nd, 2007
…and copywriters and strategists and designers and art directors and account people and artworkers and producers and tea makers’ meeting will be held at the Cotton House near Piccadilly Station this Thursday (5th July). Whilst it’s official name suggests it’s purely for planners, it is open to anyone in the North who works in design or advertising. In fact even the ‘North’ bit’s not true. It’s just a general meet up for anyone who works in design or advertising, away from all the tuxedos and testosterone of the Awards ceremonies. Should be a good night - KO is after work, but think most people will be arriving at about half seven. You can find directions here.
Note - Due to the ridiculous amounts of rain we’ve been having over the last few days, we may have to postpone (could prove tricky for people coming from Leeds/Sheffield and Donnie) in which case we’ll update on Wednesday evening or Thursday morning.
UPDATE - All good for tonight. CottonHouse. 7-730pm
