It was ages ago that we did a creative pitch for Nando’s. Now that our big pitch idea has been signed off by the senior management at Peri Peri HQ, we can finally announce that WE WON.

Whilst some of you may enjoy organic blackberries (the fruit, not mobile device) from Waitrose all year round, my Gran always told me that blackberry season didn’t officially start until the bird shit started to turn purple (except she didn’t use the word shit. She said ‘poop’ or something similar.) So imagine my delight as I walked down my street this morning and saw this splattering of purple excrement.

Blackberry season has officially started. Enjoy. Just remember not to pick the ones that are low down and potentially covered in dog wee.

We get the feeling that our dutch friend who asked permission to use Adam Rix’s anti-mobile phone music player rant (above) has been claiming the concept as his own, whilst only crediting Adam for the logo.

Our command of the dutch language isn’t great, but we think this says something along the lines of “Music from mobile phones may be annoying, but copying people’s work is fucking irritating”.  Found here (a few scrolls down from a painful looking picture of a stretched arse).

We have just received our latest print job back from press. It’s a trio of prospecti (plural?) for the University of the Arts London colleges Chelsea, Camberwell and Wimbledon. As always it was a joy working with such fine institutes of Arts educators, and due respect should be paid to Chinchio for the excellent binding.

Making digital things is great. But we still love making physical things. Things you can touch. Things you can keep. Here are some of the things we’ve made over the years.

We think that there’s also money to be made from making interesting things for clients, so we’re going to be promoting this side of our business more actively (just like we’re doing here). We might also make a time of the week dedicated to making things. Then we’ll sell them on Folksy.
