  1. I think the third picture is fine. Maybe it’s not the best way to do it but horizontal & vertical spaces between the clip and the border of the leaf are quite equals and it seems that the clip is parallel as well.

    not so bad.

  2. If you stapled a piece of toast to a cat’s back…

does it still have to be in the correct manner?

  6. Glorb – please. I thought I made it clear this discussion is over.
Adam – if you are going to staple toast to a cat’s back, I’d recommend stapling with the direction of the fur.
Mike – your powers of observation are second to none. I took one A4 piece of paper from the recycling bin (an old script I wrote for Yorkshire Tea), folded it into quarters and stapled each corner. Once the photography was complete I removed the staples and placed the paper back in the recycling bin.
Lauren -good luck with the exhibition

  14. Hi there…
I actually think its all about how the OTHER side of the staple looks… as in having the fastenings facing outwards as opposed to inwards… No one in my office was aware the guide part of the stapler turned around the other way :)

  15. I had to get this info for my boss. Being he is right-handed, he holds the stapler in his right hand and staples the papers on the right hand side of it. Sometimes on the corner and evan sometimes on the center of the pages.
