XXX Factor

It seems I have inadvertently upset both Tim, with the rather unnatural behaviour of the goat, and Jess, with the rather sexist spot for Nintendo Shii.

Jess, Tim – I am sorry.

After discussing the matter briefly in the office we have decided to remove one of the posts, and it’s up to YOU to decide which one stays and which one goes. It’ll be just like X-Factor, or Strictly or I’m a Celebrity or Britain’s Got Talent, but REAL LIFE.

So who will you support? Tim or Jess? Voting starts now (ish) and will close at midnight tonight, assuming that someone’s actually voted. In the unlikely event of a tie, we’ll call someone famous and let them decide.

  1. I suffer from Acrophobia. And so yes, it has not only offended me, but caused my palms to sweat and hands to shake violently.

Oh hang on, I think that was the final scene in the Shii video that did that.

    Panic over.

  2. Hi “I’m a Goat” “And I’m a Monkey” “Together we are Goat and Monkey”

    Oh yes, the voting…

The act I’m going to be sending off THIS week. Is….

[dramatic pause to be inserted here]

    Goat and Monkey.

They put in a stellar performance. Great poise, lovely footwork, and tremendous composure. But like SuBo I fear for their mental health.

  4. thank you Graham. and Jess, yes of course you can vote. This was largely created to cover up my embarrassment and distract from the fact I posted two offensive videos this morning.

  9. Jess, that, I would pay to hear! Any chance of a Youtube version of that?

  10. THANKS TIM for MAKING SURE that everyone NOTICED your GREAT copywriting SKILLS.

And after some fast and furious voting Goat on a Rope has been deemed to be more offensive, by seven votes to three. It shall, therefore be destroyed, and never spoken of again.

  14. (almost) quoting coldplay: “Now the old Goat is dead! Long live the Goat!”

on November 25, 2009 by jess
  15. Hi Jess. sorry, I should have mentioned before we have a strict No-Quoting-Coldplay policy on this blog, but I’ll let it slide on this occassion, since it was (almost).

for future reference, other musicians who should not be quoted on this blog are: Celine Dion, Alanis Morrisette, Hootie and the Blowfish, Duffy, Ray LaMontagne, Damien Rice and The Magic NUmbers.

Before anyone comments, yes, that is pretty much all of my iTunes collection.
