We recently had a placement called Iain McFadyen come to work for us for 3 months and within that time he was true pleasure to have around. Iain came from the Manchester Matters programme in which the city’s finest graduates competed ‘Apprentice’ style to get a chance to work at various companies around the region. Iain was one of the fortunate ones and came to us as part of his prize. Alas, it only came to our attention after he left that Iain had done a short film as part of the application process. Now, just think of all the ribbing we would have done if we’d got hold of this sooner.
