You have great ideas.
You don’t think a foil emboss is an idea.
You are very organised.
You don’t take yourself too seriously.
You have approx 5+ years experience.
You think collaboration is a good thing.
You can art direct photoshoots standing on your head.
You enjoy speaking to clients and talking about your work.
You don’t see the account team as ‘the enemy’.
You always find time to help junior staff.

JUNIOR/GRADUATE CREATIVE:
You have great ideas.
You can offer something different to our team (in a good way).
You like working with lots of other people.
You might have some experience but not essential.
