Paris’ first digital art exhibition: Gustav Klimt

Paris has opened its first digital art museum, L’Atelier des Lumiéres. The museum opened with a breathtaking exhibition of Gustav Klimt and other Viennese painters.

To a soundtrack of Wagner, Chopin and Beethoven, visitors are thrusted between history and technology, as art and music moves around visitors as they walk by.

Rather than crowding around one small framed painting, Klimt’s works are blown up across entire walls, ceilings and floors, elegantly set in motion.

After the success of this exhibition, Culture Spaces who designed and built the museum, has plans for another exhibition in France, as well as South Korea and the US in 2019.

Domino's free pizza gimmick goes awry

In Russia, Domino's offered 100 free pizzas a year for 100 years to customers that got a permanent tattoo of the Domino's logo "on a visible spot" on their bodies.

Russian social media was soon awash with hundreds of people looking to take advantage of the deal.

Domino’s were forced to take action after underestimating the amount of people who would actually get a tattoo, curtailing the number of accepted winners to 350.
