SOL was failing to catch the eye of younger consumers. Despite having a global pull, lack of distinction meant the brand had fallen into the shadow of other category giants. Through a new identity and packaging, we broadcasted SOL’s brightness, unleashing a brand refresh that felt exactly that: refreshing.

A precious flavour map spanning mountains, moorlands, forests and coastlines.

After finding themselves in the shadows of a certain Mexican beer giant, Sol wanted to step back into the light. We saw an opportunity to shift their status from ‘just another beer brand’ to one with bolder, brighter ideas — all while attracting a new generation of sun-worshippers.
